“THE GREATEST PERSON TO HAVE EVER WALKED THE FACE OF THE EARTH”..

Dear Readers, last week I stopped on to introduce to you a person or personality named “the Lord Jesus Christ”...You have surely heard this name before..He is the most famous personality not just of today, not just of this ongoing century or previous century, not just of this millennium, but is in fact the “The Greatest person to have ever walked the face of the earth”..

We often forget the fact that even the world timeline has been divided based on his Birth as B.C. (that is before Jesus Christ) and A.D.(that is After the death of Jesus Christ). All the big and great leaders of the world whom we refer to in our history books, we refer to as either have lived before the Birth of Jesus Christ (i.e. example, Alexander the Great - born 356 BC - died 323 BC), or after the death of Jesus Christ (i.e example, Napoleon Bonaparte - born 15 Aug 1769 AD - died 5 May 1821 AD). In fact, the birth and death of every single person on the face of the earth, right from the first created man “Adam'' to each one of us, would be linked to this Birth & Death timeline of Jesus Christ. That’s why “the Lord Jesus Christ” is unique. No other person, born on the face of the earth has got such significance.

This is substantial proof that the birth and death of the Lord Jesus Christ has to play some significant role in our individual lives, and should not be overlooked. Now, comes the question, why does the birth & death of the Lord Jesus Christ have such a unique significance. The answer is, the Lord Jesus Christ came into this world to save mankind from their sins. (Pls refer Holy Bible - Luke Ch 19: Verse 10) - King James Version.

So it is out of his pure love and compassion that the Lord Jesus Christ decided to come into this sin cursed world in human form or in the likeness of sinful flesh. (Pls refer Holy Bible - John Ch 3: Verse 16). The first 4 books of the New Testament of the Bible - Mathew, Mark, Luke & John give a clear understanding of the extraordinary life of the Lord Jesus Christ. How he healed the sick, raised the dead, had compassion on the weak and downtrodden. And finally, he was tortured & crucified on a Roman Cross for the sins of the whole world, for your and my sins.

The Lord Jesus Christ died, not for his own sins, for he was the only person born in the face of the earth, who was sinless. The Holy bible says of him, that he knew no sin, in him was no sin, he did no sin. He was the Holy and spotless Son of God, who came into this world only because he loved us, and did not want us to be in the continuing bondage of Satan & thus perish in our sins & trespasses.

The Lord Jesus, after his death & burial, rose again victoriously on the 3rd day, by his own power, defeating the power of Sin & Satan and death permanently. What a Great Victory that was!! That victory was won for the whole world, for you and me. Unless we believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, believe that he died, was buried and rose again victoriously on the 3rd day, defeating the power of Sin & satan & death for us, we do not have any real hope and meaning in this life of ours. The Lord Jesus Christ is the only person who can bring hope, meaning, healing, transformation in our lives. He is coming soon & very soon to take his children to be with him(soon to happen secret rapture of his followers - mentioned in previous post). He alone can calm the storms of this life, because life is about to get really tough for humanity in this horrific decade just ahead of us.

There will be tribulation for those who have been left behind and have not put their trust in “The Greatest person to have ever walked the face of the earth - THE LORD JESUS CHRIST” Let us make the wise decision to put our trust in him, and own him as our Lord and Saviour, the king of our lives,  because we might not get another chance, as the time ahead of us is too short. The Lord Jesus Christ is the CREATOR GOD who came into this world in human form. In the next post, we shall see the LORD JESUS CHRIST as the Great Creator, the Alpha & Omega, the eternal one, unbound by time and space.
