Dear Readers, today we are going to see who
exactly is the Archenemy of Man’s eternal soul. To understand this, we need to
know who exactly is GOD’s Archenemy. In last week’s post we saw that contrary
to popular evolutionary beliefs, GOD created Man just 6 thousand years ago with
his own hands and breathed into his nostrils the eternal breath of life, thus
Man becomes an eternal soul. In other words, Man has got an eternal soul which
cannot die, even if his body dies off the natural way. GOD created the first
Man and woman (Adam & Eve) and placed them in the Garden of Eden. And GOD
saw that all his creation was perfect and good, untainted by sin.
The Bible says GOD had given the First
Man & woman authority over every living creature that HE created. And that
he can eat the fruit of all the trees of the garden, but not one tree, that is
in the midst of the garden which is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
And this was the only test in the entire Garden of Eden for the first man &
woman that they do not touch nor eat the fruit of this tree of the knowledge of
good and evil. Here’s when Satan deceives the man and the woman by cajoling
them into eating this forbidden fruit. And thus, the first man and woman failed
this 1 critical test, and subsequently sin crept into humanity and wreaked
havoc on humanity.
The bible says through one man i.e. the (First
man and woman), sin entered into this world, hence we by virtue of being the
great grandchildren of the first Man & woman i.e. Adam and eve, are
conceived in Sin. Therefore, we (humanity) are sinners by birth and by our very
nature, and because of sin, death came into this world, which would again be
followed by eternal death i.e. the Lake of Fire i.e. life after death.
Now, you may have a question, who is
Satan in this whole picture, and is he a created being, and when was he
created?? The Holy Bible answers this question:- Satan who was originally known
as Lucifer was initially created as one of the mighty archangels of GOD, long
before our inhabitable earth was created. He was in charge of the worship choir
that brought worship to GOD in the Heavenlies. He was a very complex and unique
creation, and magnificent in appearance. In other words, he was GOD’s right
hand mighty archangel.
The Bible says that Satan was bestowed with great
power and honor by GOD, & that’s when an evil thought came to his mind. He thought
that he could very soon exalt his throne above the stars, above the very throne
of GOD, and one third of angels under his command, were ready to help him in
this conquest. The created archangel conspired against his creator. But the GREAT
GOD OF HEAVEN AND EARTH in his omniscience knew this, and would not allow
his insidious intentions to prosper. So, Lucifer was cast forth down from
heavens, along with a one-third of his host who conspired with him in his
rebellion. So, we see very clearly, Satan was and is the author of all sin.
The Bible says, Satan was a liar and a murderer
from the beginning. And this whole host of Satan and his fallen angels were thrown
upon the face of the earth, and they no longer had any place in heaven. They
were roaming on the face of this earth in the form of disembodied evil spirits.
They are in such a form that they could possess any living creature.
Thereafter, Satan and his fallen host with deep bated breath beheld the 6 days
of GOD’s creation (creation I had described in the previous post). They saw and
understood that all that GOD created is good and untainted by sin, which was
absolutely unacceptable for them. What was most intolerable for Satan and his
host, was that GOD made Man on the 6th day, with his very hands, in GOD’s own
image, breathed into his nostrils the eternal breath of life, and man becomes a
living soul, created in the image of GOD, untainted by sin.
Satan was very well aware that GOD,
after making man, gave him a test not to eat the fruit of the tree in the midst
of the garden which is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And it's
here, when Man’s fall was devised by Satan. Satan enters a serpent, and the
serpent gets onto this forbidden tree, and calls to the first Man and woman and
cajoles them into eating this forbidden fruit. Initially, Adam and Eve refused,
but thereafter Satan questioned GOD’s order for them & seduces and
convinces them into eating the forbidden fruit. This is how the Great Fall of
Man or Mankind happened.
Today, 6 thousand years after Man’s creation,
Satan is still deceiving mankind with his multiple strategies, traps and
extreme deception. His end goal is that humanity’s eyes should remain blind and
none should believe in the LORD JESUS CHRIST and enter into EVERLASTING LIFE.
He wants all to perish eternally in the lake of fire. For this sole reason, he
desires to obsess people’s minds by inventing numerous religions, political parties,
caste systems. etc. Today, Satan is more active than ever, as he knows his time
is very short.
Soon, and very soon, in this very
decade, Satan is going to merge all the religions of the world into one global
world religion and portray himself as the only one person who ought to be
respected & worshiped. He is going to raise and possess a man after his own
heart from Rome, who would be the most ruthless dictator ever. He is going to
revive the long forgotten Roman Empire and with its might & influence
control the entire global economy & trade, global religion & form a one
world government. The Bible terms this time period as the ‘Tribulation’, which
would last for exactly 7 years. This ruthless time period is very soon
upon us, just in this very decade ahead of us. There are innumerable signs and
shadows all around us, of this soon coming tribulation period. Only those who
have believed in the LORD JESUS CHRIST as their Lord & Saviour will escape.
Remember, the LORD JESUS CHRIST is the only one
person who truly loves mankind, because he is the very Creator of mankind. And
by virtue of his human birth, death, burial & resurrection 2000 years ago
for the sins of mankind, he alone qualifies to be the Savior of mankind as
well. So, it would be wise to put one’s trust in this CREATOR AND SAVIOR OF
MANKIND - THE LORD JESUS CHRIST before it's too late and time runs out. In
our next post, we will see more signs foreshadowing the SOON COMING
TRIBULATION PERIOD OF 7 YEARS..
